In their opening game, Shannon defeated Alberta's Abby Desormeau 9-3, then went on to lose 7-4 against Myla Plett (Carstairs, AB). Shannon lost 6-3 to Hannah Northwood (Airdrie, AB) in their final qualifying round match.
