Walker won 7-6 against Laurie St-Georges (Laval-sur-la-Lac, QC), then won 7-5 against Jennifer Jones (Winnipeg, MB) and 9-4 against Sherry Anderson (Saskatoon, SK). Walker won 9-4 against Chelsea Carey (East St. Paul, MB) in their final qualifying round match.
