Advancing directly to the semifinals, Gagne/Morissette won 8-1 over Valerie Tanguay/David Simard (Montreal, QC) to advance to the championship game. of the 2022 GOLDLINE Chicoutimi Mixed Doubles in Chicoutimi, Quebec, Canada;
 
Gagne/Morissette finished 3-0 in the 14-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Gagne/Morissette defeated Helene Poisson/Rene Dubois (Saguenay, QC) 9-4, then won 8-6 against Melina Gauthier/Jesse Mullen (Saguenay, QC) and 9-1 against Lisianne Ouellet/Guillaume Rousseau (Riviere-du-Loup, QC) in their final qualifying round match.
