Kent went on to lose 9-4 against Connor Deane (New Westminster, BC). Kent lost 7-4 to Mitchell Kopytko (Kamloops, BC) where Kent responded with a 8-1 win over Chris Parkinson (Comox Valley, BC) in their final qualifying round match.
