Taylour Stevens (Halifax, NS) won 7-5 over Emily Deschenes (Ottawa, ON) in the Final of the Canadian Junior Womens Championship, held March 25 - April 1, 2022 in Stratford, Ontario. Stevens finished 8-0 in the 18-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Stevens defeated Bayly Scoffin (Whitehorse, YK) 11-3, then won 12-6 against Holly Hafeli (Kamloops, BC) and 14-9 against Rachel Steele (Toronto, ON). Stevens won 11-5 against Lauren Cheal (Lennoxville, QC), then won 11-4 against Morgan Maguet (East St. Paul, MB) and 8-7 against Deschenes. Stevens won 11-3 against Madison Kleiter (Saskatoon, SK), then won 9-5 against Booth in their final qualifying round match.
