Deschenes won 9-4 against Morgan Maguet (East St. Paul, MB). Deschenes went on to lose 8-7 against Stevens. Deschenes responded with a 9-3 win over Lauren Cheal (Lennoxville, QC). Deschenes went on to lose 6-5 against Madison Kleiter (Saskatoon, SK). Deschenes responded with a 8-6 win over Rachel Steele (Toronto, ON) in their final qualifying round match.
