Lindsay Bertsch (Calgary, AB) lost 8-3 to Corryn Brown (Kamloops, BC) in the Final of the Alberta Curling Series: Leduc, held August 20 - 22, 2021 in Leduc, Alberta. To advance to the championship game, Bertsch won 6-5 over Kayla Skrlik (Calgary, AB) in the semifinals of the 2021 Alberta Curling Series: Leduc in Leduc, Alberta; and won 7-2 over Laura Walker (Edmonton, AB) in the quarterfinals.
 
Bertsch finished 3-1 in the 12-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Bertsch lost 5-2 to Kellie Stiksma (Edmoton, AB), then responded with a 6-1 win over Adele Kezama (St Albert, AB). Bertsch won 9-7 against Stiksma to advance to the B-Qualifier where they 6-2 against Marla Sherrer (Lacombe, AB) to advance to the playoff round. in their final qualifying round match.
 
With their runner-up finish at the Alberta Curling Series: Leduc, Bertsch take home 0.000 world rankings points along with the $1,500CDN prize. For week 4 of the event schedule, Bertsch did not improve upon their best events, remaining at 50th place on the World Ranking Standings with 28.619 total points. Bertsch ranks 203rd overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with 0.000 points earned so far this season.
