To advance to the championship game, Constantini/Mosaner won 7-6 over Pia-Lisa Schoell/Klaudius Harsch (Oberstdorf, GER) in the semifinals of the 2021 WCT Tallinn Mixed Doubles International in Tallinn, Estonia; and won 7-5 over Jenny Perret/Martin Rios (Glarus, SUI) in the quarterfinals. of the 2021 WCT Tallinn Mixed Doubles International in Tallinn, Estonia;
Constantini/Mosaner finished 5-0 in the 18-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Constantini/Mosaner defeated Kristin Moen Skaslien/Magnus Nedregotten (Oslo, NOR) 8-4, then won 9-4 against Lena Kapp/Marc Muskatewitz (Fuessen, GER) and 5-3 against Johanna Heldin/Daniel Magnusson (Uppsala, SWE).
