In their opening game, Sherrer lost 7-5 to Adele Kezama (St Albert, AB), droppimg another game, 10-1 to Kelsey Rocque (Edmotnon, AB) where Sherrer responded with a 4-3 win over Selena Sturmay (Edmonton, AB). Sherrer went on to lose 6-0 against Casey Scheidegger (Lethbridge, AB) in their final qualifying round match.

Sherrer earned 1.378 world rankings points for their preliminary round wins. For week 21 of the event schedule, Sherrer did not improve upon their best events, dropping from 68th to 69th place overall on the World Ranking Standings with 51.337 total points.
