Paulova responded with a 8-2 win over Tahli Gill (Brisbane, AUS). Paulova went on to lose 10-2 against Stefania Constantini (Trentino, ITA). Paulova lost 8-3 to Jennifer Dodds (Stirling, GBR). Paulova lost 11-3 to Jenny Perret (Glarus, SUI) where Paulova responded with a 10-8 win over Vicky Persinger (Chaska, USA). Paulova went on to lose 7-5 against Rachel Homan (Alberta, CAN). Paulova responded with a 8-6 win over Suyuan Fan (Beijing, CHN) in their final qualifying round match.

Paulova earned 21.718 world rankings points for their preliminary round wins, remaining in 778th place overall on the World Ranking Standings with a net gain of 9.914 after improving upon their best so far this season. Paulova ranks 5th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with 155.150 points earned so far this season.
