Constantini won 8-4 against Suyuan Fan (Beijing, CHN), then won 12-8 against de Val and 8-7 against Rachel Homan (Alberta, CAN) in their final qualifying round match.
 
For winning the Winter Olympics - Mixed Doubles Championship title, Constantini earned 108.591 world rankings points, remaining in 778th place overall on the World Ranking Standings with a net gain of 108.592 after improving upon their best so far this season.
