Sixten Totzek (Munich, GER) finished 3-6 in the 10-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Totzek lost 8-3 to Kalle Kiiskinen (Hyvinkaa, FIN), then responded with a 5-3 win over Jaap van Dorp (Zoetermeer, NED). Totzek won 9-8 against Lukas Klima (Prague, CZE). Totzek went on to lose 7-4 against Steffen Walstad (Oslo, NOR). Totzek lost 10-5 to Bruce Mouat (Stirling, SCO). Totzek lost 9-6 to Niklas Edin (Karlstad, SWE) where Totzek responded with a 8-6 win over Mikkel Krause (Hvidovre, DEN). Totzek went on to lose 11-5 against Joel Retornaz (Pinerolo, ITA). Totzek lost 7-6 to Peter De Cruz (Geneve, SUI) in their final qualifying round match.

Totzek earned 10.545 world rankings points for their preliminary round wins. For week 18 of the event schedule, Totzek did not improve upon their best events, dropping from 43rd to 45th place overall on the World Ranking Standings with 79.169 total points. Totzek ranks 35th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with 53.008 points earned so far this season.
