Brent MacDougall (Halifax, NS) qualified for the 2021 Superstore Monctonian Challenge playoffs, dropping their quarterfinals match 8-7 against Travis Colter (Halifax, NS). of the 2021 Superstore Monctonian Challenge in Moncton, New Brunswick;

MacDougall finished 2-2 in the 15-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, MacDougall lost 7-6 to Jack Smeltzer (Fredericton, NB), then responded with a 7-4 win over James Grattan (Oromocto, NB). MacDougall went on to lose 8-5 against Tyler Smith (Charlottetown, PEI). MacDougall responded with a 6-4 win over Matthew Manuel (Halifax, NS) in their final qualifying round match.

MacDougall earned 7.390 world rankings points for their Top 5 finish in the Superstore Monctonian Challenge, moving up 2 spots the World Ranking Standings into 69th place overall with 46.788 total points. MacDougall ranks 74th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with 20.649 points earned so far this season.
