Davie/Menzies lost 6-4 to Eve Muirhead/Bobby Lammie (Stirling, SCO) where Davie/Menzies responded with a 12-1 win over Joanna Sutherland/Adam MacDiarmid (Forfar, SCO). Davie/Menzies won 8-5 against Amy MacDonald/Gavin Barr (Stirling, SCO) in their final qualifying round match.

Davie/Menzies earned 5.237 world rankings points for their preliminary round wins, remaining in 777th place overall on the World Ranking Standings with a net gain of 1.113 after improving upon their best so far this season. Davie/Menzies ranks 185th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with 6.278 points earned so far this season.
