Advancing directly to the semifinals, Whyte won 6-3 over Jaap van Dorp (Zoetermeer, NED) to advance to the championship game. of the 2021 ATB Okotoks Classic in Okotoks, Alberta, Canada;
 
Whyte finished 3-0 in the 16-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Whyte defeated Rob Johnson (Calgary, AB) 5-4, then won 6-5 against Karsten Sturmay (Edmonton, AB) to advance to the A-Qualifier where they 6-1 against Tyler Tardi (Langley, BC) to advance to the playoff round. in their final qualifying round match.
 
With their runner-up finish at the ATB Okotoks Classic, Whyte take home 32.190 world rankings points along with the $6,000CDN prize. Whyte gained 5.191 points improving upon their best 2 events, though dropped 1 spots on the World Ranking Standings into 10thplace overall with 161.126 total points.
