Kelsey Rocque (Edmotnon, AB) finished 3-5 in the 9-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Rocque lost 9-3 to Laura Walker (Edmonton, AB), droppimg another game, 8-6 to Tracy Fleury (East St. Paul, MB). Rocque lost 9-6 to Rachel Homan (Ottawa, ON) where Rocque responded with a 6-5 win over Casey Scheidegger (Lethbridge, AB). Rocque went on to lose 8-5 against Jennifer Jones (Winnipeg, MB). Rocque lost 8-7 to Krista McCarville (Thunder Bay, NONT) where Rocque responded with a 8-5 win over Jacqueline Harrison (Dundas, ON). Rocque won 8-4 against Kerri Einarson (Gimli, MB) in their final qualifying round match.

Rocque earned 13.359 world rankings points for their preliminary round wins. For week 18 of the event schedule, Rocque did not improve upon their best events, remaining at 14th place on the World Ranking Standings with 180.998 total points. Rocque ranks 19th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with 84.628 points earned so far this season.
