Bakker finished 1-2 in the 8-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Bakker lost 7-2 to Gim, droppimg another game, 7-3 to Beth Farmer (Kinross, SCO) where Bakker responded with a 7-5 win over Elysa Crough (Edmonton , AB) in their final qualifying round match.
 
Bakker earned 11.664 world rankings points for their Top 3 finish in the Ladies Alberta Open. For week 16 of the event schedule, Bakker did not improve upon their best events, remaining at th place on the World Ranking Standings with total points. Bakker ranks th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with points earned so far this season.
