Schwaller went on to lose 6-5 against Karolina Jensen (Hvidovre, DEN). Schwaller responded with a 6-5 win over Japan's Sae Yamamoto. Schwaller won 6-4 against Evelina Barone (Riga, LAT) in their final qualifying round match.
