Jay finished 3-2 in the 16-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Jay lost 7-3 to Jestyn Murphy (Mississauga, ON), droppimg another game, 7-1 to Mackenzie Kiemele (Niagara Falls, ON) where Jay responded with a 11-1 win over Quinn Walsh (Waterloo, ON). Jay won 6-4 against Calissa Daly (Toronto, ON), then won 6-5 against Isabelle Ladouceur (Sudbury, NONT) in their final qualifying round match.
 
With their runner-up finish at the Stu Sells Toronto Tankard, Jay take home 27.302 world rankings points along with the $3,000CDN prize, moving up 48 spots the World Ranking Standings into 61st place overall with 38.131 total points. Jay ranks 33rd overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with 27.302 points earned so far this season.
