Sam Wills (Regina, SK) qualified for the 2021 SCT Sutherland playoffs, dropping their quarterfinals match 7-1 against Dallan Muyres (Fox Valley, SK). of the 2021 SCT Sutherland in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan;

Wills finished 2-1 in the 15-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Wills defeated Rob Zuravloff (Canora, SK) 9-3, then went on to lose 7-0 against Muyres. Wills responded with a 5-2 win over Bruce Korte (Saskatoon, SK) in their final qualifying round match.

Wills earned 7.411 world rankings points for their Top 5 finish in the SCT Sutherland, moving up 33 spots the World Ranking Standings into 114th place overall with 19.298 total points. Wills ranks 87th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with 7.411 points earned so far this season.
