Barker finished 3-0 in the 20-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Barker defeated Hanna Johnson (Moosomin, SK) 8-6, then won 6-4 against Stasia Wisniewski (Regina, SK) and 10-1 against Robson (Moose Jaw, SK) in their final qualifying round match.
