Jacques finished 3-0 in the 8-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Jacques defeated Tao 7-1, then won 5-2 against Nathan Molberg (St. Albert, AB) and 7-2 against James Ballance (Okotoks, AB) in their final qualifying round match.

For winning the Okotoks Under-25 Tour Spiel Championship title, Jacques earned 14.833 world rankings points along with the $1,100CDN first prize cheque, moving up 54 spots the World Ranking Standings into 69th place overall with 28.366 total points. Jacques ranks 13th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with 14.833 points earned so far this season.
