Canada's Colleen Jones won 8-7 against Manitoba's Jennifer Jones, then won 6-5 against Alberta's Cathy King and 6-5 against Newfoundland / Labrador's Cathy Cunningham. Canada's Colleen Jones won 8-7 against New Brunswick's Kathy Floyd, then won 8-5 against Ontario's Sherry Middaugh and 8-6 against Yukon/N.W.T.'s Monique Gagnier. Canada's Colleen Jones went on to lose 8-7 against Saskatchewan's Sherry Anderson. Canada's Colleen Jones lost 8-6 to Nova Scotia's Meredith Harrison where Canada's Colleen Jones responded with a 8-4 win over Quebec's Nathalie Gagnon in their final qualifying round match.
