Tahli Gill/Dean Hewitt (Brisbane, AUS) won 8-3 over Laura Walker/Kirk Muyres (Edmonton, AB) in the Final of the Okotoks Mixed Doubles, held October 30 - 31, 2021 at the Okotoks Curling Club in Okotoks, Canada. To advance to the championship game, Gill/Hewitt won 10-0 over Kira Brunton/Brett Lyon-Hatcher (Ottawa, ON) in the semifinals of the 2021 Okotoks Mixed Doubles in Okotoks, Alberta, Canada; and won 7-6 over Kayla Skrlik/Gregg Hamilton (Calgary, AB) in the quarterfinals.
 
Gill/Hewitt finished 3-0 in the 16-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Gill/Hewitt defeated Jessica Wytrychowski/Michael Dumont (Calgary, AB) 9-0, then won 8-5 against Chantele Broderson/Brayden Stewart (Edmonton, AB) and 9-3 against Megan Johnson/Ryan Fenrich (Okotoks, AB) in their final qualifying round match.
 
For winning the Okotoks Mixed Doubles Championship title, Gill/Hewitt earned 22.036 world rankings points along with the $1,800CDN first prize cheque, remaining in 778th place overall on the World Ranking Standings with a net gain of 17.488 after improving upon their best so far this season. Gill/Hewitt ranks 28th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with 29.950 points earned so far this season.
