Jim Cotter (Vernon, BC) won 5-4 over Rob Nobert (Vernon, BC) in the Final of the Ashley Homestore Classic, held November 18 - 21, 2021 in Salmon Arm, British Columbia. To advance to the championship game, Cotter won 8-2 over Jeff Richard (Kelowna, BC) in the semifinals
 
Cotter finished 3-0 in the 8-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Cotter defeated Andrew Cowell (Salmon Arm, BC) 8-1, then won 6-5 against Sean Geall (New Westminster, BC) and 8-5 against Paul Cseke (Victoria, BC) in their final qualifying round match.
 
For winning the Ashley Homestore Classic Championship title, Cotter earned 14.539 world rankings points along with the $5,000CDN first prize cheque, moving up 8 spots the World Ranking Standings into 41st place overall with 82.588 total points. Cotter ranks 62nd overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with 31.610 points earned so far this season.
