Nobert won 6-4 against Jeff Richard (Kelowna, BC), then won 6-0 against Geall and 9-5 against Paul Cseke (Victoria, BC) in their final qualifying round match.

With their runner-up finish at the Ashley Homestore Classic, Nobert take home 10.662 world rankings points along with the $3,000CDN prize, moving up 23 spots the World Ranking Standings into 119th place overall with 30.774 total points.
