Sweden's Viljo Petersson-Dahl lost 5-3 to China's Haitao Wang in the Final of the Kuntai World Wheelchair Curling Championship, held October 23 - 30, 2021 in Beijing, China. To advance to the championship game, Sweden's Viljo Petersson-Dahl won 12-3 over RCF's Konstantin Kurokhtin in the semifinals of the 2021 Kuntai World Wheelchair Curling Championship in Beijing, China; and won 10-0 over Scotland's Hugh Nibloe in the quarterfinals. of the 2021 Kuntai World Wheelchair Curling Championship in Beijing, China;
 
Sweden's Viljo Petersson-Dahl finished 8-3 in the 0-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Sweden's Viljo Petersson-Dahl defeated Korea's Jaehyeok Jang 9-5, then won 10-5 against Slovakia's Radoslav Duris and 9-6 against Italy's Egidio Marchese. Sweden's Viljo Petersson-Dahl went on to lose 5-4 against Canada's Mark Ideson. Sweden's Viljo Petersson-Dahl lost 4-2 to RCF's Konstantin Kurokhtin where Sweden's Viljo Petersson-Dahl responded with a 8-6 win over Latvia's Polina Rozkova. Sweden's Viljo Petersson-Dahl won 9-2 against Scotland's Hugh Nibloe, then won 7-4 against United States's Matt Thums and 7-2 against Switzerland's Eric Decorvet. Sweden's Viljo Petersson-Dahl won 9-2 against Norway's Jostein Stordahl. Sweden's Viljo Petersson-Dahl went on to lose 6-4 against China's Haitao Wang in their final qualifying round match.
