Meghan Walter (East St. Paul, MB) qualified for the 2022 Canadian Junior World Qualifier playoffs, dropping their quarterfinals match 7-4 against Taylour Stevens (Halifax, NS). of the 2022 Canadian Junior World Qualifier in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan;
 
Walter finished 3-2 in the 12-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Walter defeated Mackenzie Mitchell (St. John's, NL) 8-2, then went on to lose 13-7 against Isabelle Ladouceur (Sudbury, NONT). Walter responded with a 12-2 win over Cynthia St-Georges (Laval-sur-la-Lac, QC). Walter won 10-4 against Cassie Rogers (Yellowknife, NT). Walter went on to lose 7-3 against Erica Cluff (Fredericton, NB) in their final qualifying round match.
 
Walter earned 9.975 world rankings points for their Top 5 finish in the Canadian Junior World Qualifier, moving up 30 spots the World Ranking Standings into 120th place overall with 17.948 total points.
