Seina Nakajima (Nagano, JPN) finished 3-1 in the 3-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Nakajima defeated Tori Koana (Fujiyoshida, JPN) 9-3, then won 9-6 against Sayaka Yoshimura (Sapporo, JPN) and 9-6 against Koana. Nakajima went on to lose 7-5 against Yoshimura in their final qualifying round match.

For winning the Japan World Championship Trials Championship title, Nakajima earned 14.963 world rankings points.
