Kristin Moen Skaslien/Magnus Nedregotten (Oslo, NOR) won 8-3 over Almida de Val/Oskar Eriksson (Sundbyberg, SWE) in the Final of the Gothenburg Mixed Doubles Cup, held December 28 - 30, 2021 in Gothenburg, Sweden. To advance to the championship game, Skaslien/Nedregotten won 7-5 over Jennifer Dodds/Bruce Mouat (Stirling, UK) in the semifinals of the 2021 Gothenburg Mixed Doubles Cup in Gothenburg, Sweden; and won 6-5 over Zuzana Paulova/Tomas Paul (Prague, CZE) in the quarterfinals. of the 2021 Gothenburg Mixed Doubles Cup in Gothenburg, Sweden;
 
Skaslien/Nedregotten finished 3-1 in the 20-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Skaslien/Nedregotten defeated Natalie Wiksten/Kasper Wiksten (Hvidovre, DEN) 9-1, then won 7-6 against Stefania Constantini/Amos Mosaner (Trentino, ITA). Skaslien/Nedregotten went on to lose 8-5 against Therese Vestman/Robin Ahlberg (Stockholm, SWE).
