In their opening game, Tirinzoni defeated Gina Aitken (Aberdeen, SCO) 12-1, then won 8-7 against Hasselborg and 11-3 against Kerri Einarson (Gimli, CAN). Tirinzoni won 8-3 against Dilsat Yildiz (Erzurum, TUR), then won 8-6 against Stefania Constantini (Trentino, ITA) and 8-5 against Marianne Roervik (Oslo, NOR). Tirinzoni won 10-3 against Alzbeta Zelingrova (Prague, CZE), then won 8-7 against Cory Thiesse (Duluth, USA) and 7-3 against Madeleine Dupont (Hvidovre, DEN). Tirinzoni won 8-5 against Kim, then won 11-3 against Ikue Kitazawa (Nagano, JPN) and 7-6 against Daniela Jentsch (Fuessen, GER) in their final qualifying round match.
 
For winning the BKT Tires & OK Tire World Womens Curling Championship Championship title, Tirinzoni earned 77.547 world rankings points, moving up 2 spots the World Ranking Standings into 4th place overall with 311.470 total points. Tirinzoni ranks 4th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with 311.470 points earned so far this season.
