Christina Black (Halifax, NS) run at the 2022 HearingLife Tour Challenge Tier 2 came to an end in the semifinals with a 5-4 loss to Jessie Hunkin (Edmonton, AB). of the 2022 HearingLife Tour Challenge Tier 2 in Grande Prairie, Alberta; Black advanced through the quarterfinals with a 8-6 win over Kristy Watling (Winnipeg, MB).

Black finished 4-0 in the 16-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Black defeated Beth Farmer (Stirling, SCO) 11-4, then won 8-4 against Elysa Crough (Edmonton, AB) and 8-5 against Kerry Galusha (Yellowknife, NT). Black won 7-2 against Watling in their final qualifying round match.

Black earned 21.250 world rankings points for their Top 3 finish in the HearingLife Tour Challenge Tier 2, moving up 8 spots the World Ranking Standings into 17th place overall with 124.073 total points. Black ranks 30th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with 40.000 points earned so far this season.
