To advance to the championship game, Jackson-Baier won 6-3 over Diane Gushulak (Vernon, BC) in the semifinals
 
Jackson-Baier finished 3-1 in the 10-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Jackson-Baier lost 8-3 to Gushulak, then responded with a 6-3 win over Donna Mychaluk (Langley, BC). Jackson-Baier won 7-2 against Miranda Scheel (Eau Claire, WI), then won 6-2 against Shiella Cowan (New Westminister, BC) in their final qualifying round match.
 
For winning the King Cash Spiel Championship title, Jackson-Baier earned 11.250 world rankings points along with the $2,800CDN first prize cheque, moving up 48 spots the World Ranking Standings into 131st place overall with 15.877 total points. Jackson-Baier ranks 110th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with 12.750 points earned so far this season.
