Walker/Muyres finished 4-0 in the 25-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Walker/Muyres defeated Sherry Just/Dean Grindheim (Prince Albert, SK) 9-4, then won 11-3 against Samantha Yachiw/Jordan Raymond (Saskatoon, SK) and 8-5 against Tahli Gill/John Morris (Brisbane, AUS). Walker/Muyres won 8-5 against Mikaylah Lyburn/William Lyburn (Winnipeg, MB) in their final qualifying round match.
