Sarah Murphy (Halifax, NS) won 7-5 over Taylour Stevens (Chester, NS) in the Final of the Dave Jones Stanhope Simpson Insurance Mayflower Cashspiel, held November 3 - 6, 2022 at the Mayflower Curling Club in Timberlea, Canada.
 
Murphy finished 5-0 in the 12-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Murphy defeated Theresa Breen (Halifax, NS) 9-1, then won 11-8 against Veronica Smith (Charlottetown, PEI) and 10-5 against Samantha Crook (Sackville, NB). Murphy won 8-7 against Stevens, then won 7-1 against Tanya Hilliard (Dartmouth, NS) in their final qualifying round match.
