Jean-Michel Menard (Levis, QC) finished 2-1 in the 24-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Menard defeated David Morton (Ottawa, ON) 8-3, then won 8-1 against Emily Lindsay (Orleans, ON). Menard went on to lose 6-0 against Jayden King (Ottawa, ON) in their final qualifying round match.

The berth into the first round of the Capital Curling Rideau Open playoffs earned Menard 1.500 world rankings points. For week 16 of the event schedule, Menard did not improve upon their best events, remaining at th place on the World Ranking Standings with total points. Menard ranks th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with points earned so far this season.
