Kaare/Lill2-1 at 2022 WCT Latvian Mixed Doubles Curling Cup 2

Karoliine Kaare/Harri Lill (Tallinn, EST) finished 2-1 in the 16-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Kaare/Lill defeated Katrina Gaidule/Roberts Buncis (Riga, LAT) 10-4, then went on to lose 8-7 against Liga Avena/Aivars Avotins (Riga, LAT). Kaare/Lill responded with a 10-4 win over Veerle Geerinckx/Dirk Heylen (Zemst, BEL) in their final qualifying round match.

For winning the WCT Latvian Mixed Doubles Curling Cup 2 Championship title, Kaare/Lill earned 13.121 world rankings points along with the $541CDN first prize cheque. For week 37 of the event schedule, Kaare/Lill did not improve upon their best events, remaining at th place on the World Ranking Standings with total points. Kaare/Lill ranks th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with points earned so far this season.
