Korey Dropkin (Duluth, MN) lost 9-3 to Joel Retornaz (Trentino, ITA) in the Final of the Euro Super Series, held August 25 - 28, 2022 in Stirling, Scotland. To advance to the championship game, Dropkin won 6-4 over Wouter Gosgens (Zoetermeer, NED) in the semifinals of the 2022 Euro Super Series in Stirling, Scotland; and won 6-5 over Steffen Walstad (Oslo, NOR) in the quarterfinals. of the 2022 Euro Super Series in Stirling, Scotland;

Dropkin finished 3-2 in the 16-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Dropkin lost 7-5 to Lukas Hostmaelingen (Oslo, NOR), then responded with a 7-2 win over ByeongJin Jeong (Seoul, KOR). With their runner-up finish at the Euro Super Series, Dropkin take home 30.250 world rankings points along with the $6,103CDN prize, moving up 4 spots the World Ranking Standings into 15th place overall with 139.745 total points. Dropkin ranks 4th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with 51.250 points earned so far this season.
