Elizabeth Kessel (Moose Jaw, SK) won 11-7 over Madison Kleiter (Saskatoon, SK) in the Final of the Saskatchewan Junior Womens Provincials, held January 19 - 22, 2023 at the Swift Current Curling Club in Swift Current, Canada. To advance to the championship game, Kessel won 6-3 over Cara Kesslering (Yorkton, SK) in the semifinals of the 2023 Saskatchewan Junior Womens Provincials in Swift Current, Saskatchewan, Canada;
 
Kessel finished 3-0 in the 0-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Kessel defeated Kesslering 5-4, then won 11-3 against Jenna Pomedli (Saskatoon, SK) and 9-2 against Savanna Taylor (Saskatoon, SK) in their final qualifying round match.
