To advance to the championship game, Fujisawa won 6-5 over Kerri Einarson (Gimli, CAN) in the semifinals of the 2023 Pan-Continental Championships in Calgary, Canada;
 
Fujisawa finished 6-2 in the 9-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Fujisawa lost 8-7 to Tabitha Peterson (Chaska, USA), then responded with a 15-1 win over Hong Kong's Ling-Yue Hung. Fujisawa won 11-1 against Jessica Smith (Naseby, NZL), then won 7-4 against Ha and 11-2 against Brazil's Isis Oliviera. Fujisawa won 11-1 against Australia's Jennifer Westhagen, then won 9-2 against Yekaterina Kolykhalova (Almaty, KAZ). Fujisawa went on to lose 9-3 against Einarson in their final qualifying round match.
 
For winning the Pan-Continental Championships Championship title, Fujisawa earned 45.000 world rankings points. Fujisawa move up 2 spots after posting a net gain of 2.581 points improving upon their best 4 results so far this season, ranking 4th overall with 290.173 total points on the World Ranking Standings. Fujisawa ranks 8th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with 120.500 points earned so far this season.
