9-8 to Carter Bryant (Guelph , ON), then responded with a 7-4 win over Ting-Li Lin (Taiwan, TPE). Pearce went on to lose 6-4 against Brandon Tippin (Bala, ON). Pearce responded with a 8-2 win over Lin to advance to a C-Qualifier game where they lost 7-0 against Mark Kean (Ottawa, ON) in their final qualifying round match.
 
Pearce earned 1.500 world rankings points for their preliminary round wins. For week 17 of the event schedule, Pearce did not improve upon their best events, remaining at th place on the World Ranking Standings with total points. Pearce ranks th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with points earned so far this season.
