In their opening game, King-Simpson/Croteau defeated Sheila Mariano/Chris Hester (Seattle, WA) 13-2, then won 7-6 against Jennifer Westhagen/Matt Panoussi (Melbourne, AUS) and 7-5 against Estefana Quintero/Ismael Abreu (Mexico City, MEX) in their final qualifying round match.

With their runner-up finish at the Nanaimo Double Doubles Spiel, King-Simpson/Croteau take home 8.250 world rankings points along with the $800CDN prize. For week 15 of the event schedule, King-Simpson/Croteau did not improve upon their best events, remaining at th place on the World Ranking Standings with total points. King-Simpson/Croteau ranks th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with points earned so far this season.
