To advance to the championship game, Ouellet/Rousseau won 7-6 over Veronique Bouchard/Jean-Francois Charest (Saguenay, QC) in the semifinals of the 2022 Goldline Christmas Madness in Chicoutimi, Quebec, Canada;

Ouellet/Rousseau are currently 1-1 in the 8-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Ouellet/Rousseau defeated Megane Fortin/Pierre-Olivier Roy (Chicoutimi, QC) 8-5, then went on to lose 14-4 against Bouchard/Charest. In their next game, Ouellet/Rousseau plays.

With their runner-up finish at the Goldline Christmas Madness, Ouellet/Rousseau take home 8.250 world rankings points along with the $225CDN prize. For week 22 of the event schedule, Ouellet/Rousseau did not improve upon their best events, remaining at th place on the World Ranking Standings with total points.
