Myla Plett (Sherwood Park, AB) won 5-4 over Emma Yarmuch (Edmonton, AB) in the Final of the Banff U18 Junior Womens Spiel, held October 28 - 30, 2022 at the Banff Curling Club in Banff, Canada. To advance to the championship game, Plett won 9-4 over Raquel Snideman (Lethbridge, AB) in the semifinals of the 2022 Banff U18 Junior Womens Spiel in Banff, Alberta, Canada; and won 8-3 over Abby Desormeau (Calgary, AB) in the quarterfinals.
 
Plett finished 2-1 in the 0-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Plett lost 8-2 to Hannah Northwood (Lethbridge, AB), then responded with a 9-4 win over Alena Yurko (Calgary, AB). Plett won 8-2 against Kaylin Young (Red Deer, AB) in their final qualifying round match.
