Dobson responded with a 4-3 win over Quebec's Leandre Girard. Dobson went on to lose 6-5 against Jayden King (Ottawa, ON). Dobson responded with a 8-5 win over Mitchell Schut (Charlottetown, PEI). Dobson won 6-5 against Nick Mosher (Halifax, NS), then won 4-3 against Switzerland's Dean Huerlimann in their final qualifying round match.
