Anders Mjoen (Oppdal, NOR) won 9-2 over Flemming Davanger (Jar, NOR) in the Final of the Norway Cup 1, held November 11 - 13, 2022 in Hedmarken, Norway. To advance to the championship game, Mjoen won 6-4 over Nicolai Sommervold (Lillehammer, NOR) in the semifinals

Mjoen finished 3-1 in the 10-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Mjoen defeated Johan Herfjord (Trondheim, NOR) 10-4, then won 13-3 against Gjermund Troan (Hedmarken, NOR). Mjoen went on to lose 7-5 against Davanger. Mjoen responded with a 8-7 win over Lars Aspeli (Lillehammer, NOR) in their final qualifying round match.

For winning the Norway Cup 1 Championship title, Mjoen earned 3.750 world rankings points. For week 15 of the event schedule, Mjoen did not improve upon their best events, remaining at th place on the World Ranking Standings with total points. Mjoen ranks th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with points earned so far this season.
