Trevor Bonot (Thunder Bay, NONT) lost 10-3 to Felix Asselin (Glenmore, QC) in the Final of the Canadian Mixed Curling Championship, held November 6 - 13, 2022 in Prince Albert, Saskatchewan. To advance to the championship game, Bonot won 6-5 over Jamie Koe (Yellowknife, NT) in the semifinals of the 2023 Canadian Mixed Curling Championship in Prince Albert, Saskatchewan;
 
Bonot finished 6-4 in the 0-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Bonot lost 6-4 to Paul Flemming (Halifax, NS), then responded with a 8-4 win over Corey Chambers (Miami, MB). Bonot won 7-5 against Scott McDonald (St. Thomas, ON), then won 7-2 against William Butler (St. John's, NL) and 10-3 against Dennis Watts (Summerside, PEI). Bonot went on to lose 7-5 against Koe. Bonot lost 6-2 to Asselin where Bonot responded with a 6-2 win over Miles Craig (Victoria, BC). Bonot won 5-2 against Grant Odishaw (Moncton, NB). Bonot went on to lose 8-5 against Shaun Meachem (Swift Current, SK) in their final qualifying round match.
