Saskatchewan's Randy Gilewich 7-4, then won 10-8 against British Columbia's Bert Gretzinger. Saskatchewan's Gerald Shymko went on to lose 6-1 against Saskatchewan's Jamie Schneider. Saskatchewan's Gerald Shymko lost 6-3 to Saskatchewan's Jeff Hartung where Saskatchewan's Gerald Shymko responded with a 8-5 win over Saskatchewan's Clint Dieno. Saskatchewan's Gerald Shymko went on to lose 11-3 against Greg McAulay (Richmond, BC) in their final qualifying round match.
