7-4 to Alberta's Brad Hannah, droppimg another game, 10-3 to Saskatchewan's Jeff Hartung where Saskatchewan's Gord Bell responded with a 7-1 win over Manitoba's Doug Harrison. Saskatchewan's Gord Bell went on to lose 8-7 against Manitoba's Mark Olson in their final qualifying round match.
