Czermann lost 8-2 to Eddy Mercier (Megeve, FRA) where Czermann responded with a 11-3 win over Steve Seixeiro (Lisbon, POR) in their final qualifying round match.
 
Czermann earned 3.375 world rankings points for their preliminary round wins. For week 17 of the event schedule, Czermann did not improve upon their best events, remaining at th place on the World Ranking Standings with total points.
